You can return your items within 28 working days from the date of the receipt.

All articles should be sent back new, not used, regularly packed in original packaging, accompanied by original hangtag, if  applicated.

Please pack carefully the jewelry assuring the integrity of the object during the freight.

 Due to the high craftsmanship involved in the process of production we will not accept withdrawal concerning different nuances of color or plating, subtle differences in the composition of the design of the object, that remain our strength, value and guarantee of handmade custom jewelry.

 Rhinestones may jump away with the use and claws may damage the fabric of your garments.

No enquiry will be processed for these last inconveniences.

 We will accept withdrawal in case you will get the object broken, damaged or not functioning.
